Since Warm Residence LLC provides on-site cleaning services (no physical products shipped), this policy outlines service access, scheduling, and delivery guidelines—aligned with traditional shipping policies but tailored to our in-person service model.

Service Scheduling & Confirmation

  • After booking, you will receive an initial confirmation email with your service details (date, time, service type). A final reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for standard service bookings and 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling/cancellations (exceptions for emergency services).

Access Requirements

  • You must provide clear entry instructions (e.g., key code, lockbox location, meeting at the property) during booking. If no access is provided, the service will be canceled, and a 50% fee will apply.
  • If you are not present during the cleaning, ensure all areas to be cleaned are accessible (e.g., unlocked rooms, cleared pathways) and that water/electricity are available.

Service Delivery Standards

  • Our cleaning team will arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled time. If delayed beyond 30 minutes, you will be notified via phone/email, and a 10% discount will be applied to your service.
  • All services include the use of eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products (e.g., hypoallergenic cleaners), please notify us at least 24 hours before the service.
  • After service completion, the team will leave a confirmation note, and you will receive a follow-up email to rate your experience.

Re-Clean Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, contact us within 48 hours of completion to request a free re-clean. We will address any missed areas or quality issues at no additional cost.
  • Re-clean requests must be accompanied by photos/videos of the issue and are limited to the original service scope.
