Agreement Acceptance
By booking or purchasing residential, commercial, or specialized cleaning services (including hourly, partial, full-space, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services) from warmresidence.online (operated by Warm Residence LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your booking confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding legal agreement between you and our company.
Billing Terms
- One-Time Sale Model: All cleaning services are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the specific service(s) selected at booking.
- Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as warmresidence.online to clearly identify your cleaning service purchase.
- Payment Security: We use industry-standard encrypted payment processors to protect your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet information. Warm Residence LLC does not store full payment details on our servers.
Checkout Requirements
To complete your booking, you must meet these mandatory requirements—failure to do so will prevent confirmation:

Service Information & Availability
- We strive to provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and scheduling availability. Final confirmation of your selected time slot will be sent within 1 business day of booking.
- Service hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday). After-hours or Sunday cleaning requests are available for an additional fee, subject to cleaner availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., cleaner illness, extreme weather) with at least 4 hours’ prior notice. Alternative time slots will be offered at your convenience.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information during booking, including space size, cleaning needs, access details (e.g., key codes, entry instructions), and any hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, fragile items). We are not liable for service delays or incomplete cleaning due to incorrect or omitted information.
- Ensure your space is accessible at the scheduled time. If the cleaner is unable to enter after 15 minutes of arrival, the service will be canceled, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Secure valuables (jewelry, cash, important documents) and confine pets (if necessary) before the cleaning team arrives. Warm Residence LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless caused by our team’s negligence.
- Provide a safe working environment—clear clutter, inform us of slippery surfaces or electrical hazards, and ensure water/electricity access for cleaning tasks.
Limitation of Liability
- We are liable for cleaning-related damages directly caused by our team’s negligence (e.g., broken furniture from improper handling, water damage from unattended cleaning tasks) up to the total cost of the service.
- We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., inconvenience, missed appointments, loss of use of the space) or damages from pre-existing issues (e.g., stained carpets that cannot be fully restored, chipped surfaces).
- Our liability does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damages caused by third parties (e.g., contractors, pets) after the cleaning service is completed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from your booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Fort Worth, TX.
